This is a 12 inch World War II Battalion Khukuri. This kukri knife has highly razor sharp blade.
This khukuri was used by British Gurkha Army during the Second World War. During that time these khukuris were used in different special battalion camp with different types. They also had different types of notch.
Two small knives namely Karda & Chakmak are also part of this khukuri. Karda is a sharp small knife which can be used to cut small woods, dig holes, skinning out animals. Similarly, we have Chakmak that can be used for sharpening the blade. Chakmak with stone and lokta paper is used to lit fire.
