This is a 8 inch special gripper Khukuri solely designed by GGK. The khukuri is well hand forged razor sharp blade with good ergonomics . The blade is sturdily built enough for serving the purposes of cutting, chopping , splitting logs and woods . The handle is traditional design with well built grips give secure fit on the hand while using this khukuri. The khukuri can be carried by both the hands with with little effort for the blade to perform good level of work. This blade is very much helpful for combating and defensive purposes. Available in the traditional scabbard with good leather quality and high retention power, the scabbard has two potholes for Karda and Chakmak.
Karda is the sharp small knife which can be used to cut small woods, dig holes, skinning out animals. Similarly, we have Chakmak, a purposely blunt bade with high level of hardness that is used for honing the blade and also for striking sparks sparks for fire.
Karda and Chakmak produced by GGK is of high quality as they too are made from leaf spring blade compared to other serving the very purpose.
